Primary Specialism: Corporate Governance

Ann has held senior leadership roles in the commercial sector for over 25 years and qualified as a Chartered Director in 2004.

For 27 years Ann was resident on the Isle of Man.  In her time on the Isle of Man she held a number of senior management/director positions in the Financial Services sector.  In 2002 she became a freelance consultant specialising in director and management development, her contracts including work with the Isle of Man Government on optimising their delivery of services and providing Corporate Governance training for the boards of the regulatory and utility organisations.

Since 2007 she has held a number of Non-Executive Director roles in the finance and training sectors.   On  returning to the UK in 2014 Ann took on an active role as Trustee/Director with an educational  charity and is Chair of one of the charity’s subsidiaries and a Non-Executive Director of its other subsidiary. A key focus in these director roles has been on Corporate Governance. 

In addition Ann delivers training to company boards on the skills required to be a Director and a course for Aspiring Women.
