Heather Batten

Heather is Head of Quality, Data Protection and Freedom of Information Officer at the UCO.

Heather joined the UCO in 2002 during which time she has since gained experience in university administration, enhancing the Student Experience and Governance. She now manages the UCO’s Quality Assurance and Enhancement activities. As Head of Quality, Heather is responsible for the development, implementation and review of the UCO’s quality assurance systems and processes for the courses the UCO delivers.
