The UCO is kicking off 2022 with a four-week programme of events for students, staff, patients and the wider community celebrating the importance of living well.
From Monday 10 January to Sunday 6 February there will be lots of opportunities to get involved with different activities, events and challenges based around four different themes: eating well, getting active, being mindful and being kind.
As part of the festival we are offering a 50% discount on all appointments at the UCO Clinic (with the exception of the Associates Clinic) between 10 January - 6 February 2022. To claim the discount patients simply need to book an appointment during the festival period. Other festival activities will include:
- guided lunchtime runs/walks in the local area
- free fruit fridays
- daily/weekly challenges
- free activities and workshops
- blog posts, information and tips for living well
